ARC Bio Roof and Multi Sealer

ARC Bio Roof and Multi Sealer is a water-based, fire retardant, waterproofing and an elastomeric sealant. This product is ready for application and is used to line electric cables and water pipes. It is also used to fill and seal cracks and joints in both metal and concrete surfaces, which ultimately prevents water penetration. When the product is cured, it forms a tough, highly durable, flexible seal that has ultimate protection properties and can tolerate thermal, shrinkage movements. A satin finish is available in white, standard colours and tintable pastel base colours. The standard colours that are available are Charcoal, Medium Grey, Light Grey, Modern Red, Modern Brown, Terracotta, Black, Green, and White.

ARC Bio Roof and Multi Sealer Clear has sealing and adhesive properties. The product can be applied over concrete, metal, wood etc. The ideal area for application is ponds, metal roofs, parapets, dam, gutters, down pipes, concrete roofs, pre-cast panel walls, glazing etc.
