Asbestos encapsulation is a method used to treat and seal off the potentially harmful asbestos fibres using an approved asbestos sealer and top coat. This bonds and waterproofs the asbestos panels, and keeps the fire retardancy of the panels in play. The top coat also acts as a UV resistant layer, giving them a longer life span.
The quality finish gives you a completely penetrated substrate surface. There are always airborne asbestos fibres present with asbestos removal. When you encapsulate the panels in advance, you remove the airborne contamination and the substrate is perfectly insulated.
